How do I book myself in?
  • The first step to enrol is to download your Registration Form by clicking on the blue button below. Once completed, please send it back to us by email at:

  • To register, you will need to request or download the Registration Form and send your deposit in order to secure your place.

  • If you have not attended a gathering, workshop, ceremony, or retreat with Anthar before, you will need to arrange a short introductory interview via Zoom or WhatsApp. This can be arranged when you get in touch with us.

  • Super Early Bird Discount – Only 4 places available
    Early Bird Discount – if deposit is paid before 1st August 2026
    Full Cost – if deposit is paid after 1st August 2026

  • If bank transfer is not a good option for you, other payment options can be agreed by phone or WhatsApp.

  • Once we have received your deposit and completed Registration Form, we will send you a Digital Welcome Pack with important and detailed information about your trip. This includes FAQs, descriptions of the areas we will visit, weather, altitude, practical travel guidance, and a list of things to bring and wear.

  • The remaining balance / full payment must be received by:
    1st December 2026 at the latest

  • Please do let us know about your payment plan. We are happy to support you by making instalment agreements where needed.

  • We strongly recommend that you begin researching different flight options from your location to Bogotá, Colombia. The retreat takes place during low season, and you can often find great deals if you book well in advance. You will also find some flight suggestions in your Registration Form.
