How do I book myself in?
  • The first step to enrol yourself is to download your Registration Form which you can get by clicking on the blue button and send it back to us at: [email protected]

  • To register you will need to request or download the Registration Form and transfer the deposit for your place to be secured. If you haven't attended a gathering with Anthar before, you will need to request an interview via Zoom or Whatsapp which will be arranged when you get in touch with us.
  • Super Early Bird Discount - Only 4 places available 
  • Early Bird Discount - if deposit payed  Before 1st July 2025
  • Full Cost - if deposit payed After 1st July 2025
  • If Bank transfer is not a good option for you, other payment options can be agreed by phone or Whatsapp.
 
  • On receipt of your Deposit and Registration Form, a "Digital Welcome Pack" will be sent to you with important and detailed information about your trip and FAQ, also a description of the areas you will visit, weather, altitude, as well as a list of things to bring and wear.
 
  • The remaining / full payment needs to be done by:
  • 1st January 2026 the latest
  • Please do let us know about your payment plan.
  • We are happy to support you by making instalment agreements
 
  • We strongly recommend that you start researching different plane tickets from your location to Bogota - Colombia. The retreat will be in Low Season and also you can find great deals if you book well in advance. You can find some suggestions on your Registration Form.
